Todd Spencer

s a founding member and Principal of Lee & Associates Columbus, Todd is responsible for assisting clients in all aspects of real estate brokerage and development. This includes site qualification, acquisition, zoning and governmental approvals, financing, third-party brokerage, and coordination of preliminary design and construction cost estimating. On a national level, Todd serves on the Lee & Associates Board of Directors, which governs licensing and/or growth of the organization across North America. In this role, Todd participates in the expansion of the organization with new offices being established in major markets and assisting with new initiatives in technology, marketing, and charitable ventures across the Lee & Associates vast network of brokers.

Todd is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), an exclusive, nationally recognized organization whose members produce at the top tier of their respective markets while upholding the highest ethical standards. He also holds the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), representing proven expertise in financial, market, and investment analysis, in addition to negotiation.
