Susan Fullerton has a comprehensive work history in the mental health field. Susan most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer at the Lee Carlson Center for Mental Health & Well-Being since October 2022. Prior to that, they held roles as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations and Director of school linked mental health at the same organization. Susan has also worked as a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor at APT and as a Therapist at People Incorporated and Prairie St. John's. Additionally, they had a long-term position as a Therapist at Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota from 2003 to 2011.
Susan Fullerton earned an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University in June 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from North Dakota State University. Susan also holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, General from Upper Iowa University.
