Chad Vaughn

Chad Vaughn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the HVAC and construction industries. Currently serving as an Account Representative for Lee Company since November 2022, Chad plays a vital role in a family-owned company with a focus on enhancing residential and commercial projects. Prior to this, Chad held positions as an Account Executive at E Solutions for Buildings, LLC, where the emphasis was on sustainable design, and as Director of Commercial Sales at Carrier Enterprise, specializing in HVAC distribution. Chad's earlier roles include Vice President of Operations at The Service Company of Mississippi, Commissioning Authority at Smith Seckman Reid, Inc., and Sales Engineer at Carrier Corporation. Chad holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in HVACR Engineering Technology from Ferris State University.
