Tan Joseph has over 25 years of experience in the textile and garment industry, currently serving as General Manager at Lee Cooper in the Philippines since November 2012. Prior to this role, Tan held the position of Marketing Director at Baofeng Textile Garment and Co. Ltd. / Novo Denim from 2009 to November 2012. Tan also worked as Country Manager for Arvind Denim in the Philippines from April 1997 to February 2009, where responsibilities included opening the Philippine office for Arvind Worldwide and studying the feasibility of production facilities in Clark or Subic. Tan holds a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Accounting, from De La Salle University.
