Joanne Hayden

Joanne Hayden is an experienced professional in community engagement and tax services, currently serving as the Community Engagement Coordinator at the Lee County Tax Collector since September 2019. Previously, Joanne held the position of Sr. Tax Specialist, focusing on property tax oversight, corrections, and community service. Joanne also served as the Director of Operations at Valerie’s House and spent over 23 years at the Lee County Tax Collector Office, where roles included Director of Communications and Community Relations as part of the Senior Leadership Team. Joanne holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences with a concentration in Public Administration from Florida State University.
