Courtney McGovern

Courtney McGovern currently serves as the Division Director for LPG Specialty Care Practice Operations at Lee Health, a position held since September 2017, alongside previous roles as Practice Director and Practice Manager. In April 2025, Courtney founded Operation Innovation, LLC, focusing on helping clients achieve growth through strategic coaching and consulting. Additionally, Courtney has been an adjunct instructor at Florida Gulf Coast University since July 2022, teaching courses on entrepreneurship. Prior experience includes managing the Behavioral Health Technicians Department at SalusCare, Inc., where a new department was developed to enhance patient care and employee morale. Courtney holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, both from Florida Gulf Coast University.
