Kristi Repetto

Kristi Repetto, JM, RN, CCDS, is a highly experienced healthcare professional with a robust background in coding and quality documentation. Since October 2010, Kristi has held multiple leadership positions at Lee Health, currently serving as System Director of Coding and Quality Documentation & Health Information Management (HIM). Prior to this role, Kristi was a Clinical Documentation Specialist Team Lead and has also held the title of System Director and Director of the Department of Quality Documentation and Facility Coding. Kristi's earlier experience includes working as a Critical Care Registered Nurse at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center from October 2003 to October 2010 and in various ER and ICU settings from November 1994 to September 2010. Educational credentials include a Juris Masters in Health Law and a Master's in Health Law from Florida State University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Otterbein University and an Associate's degree in Communication and Media Studies from The Ohio State University.
