Lyn Carlson

Lyn Carlson is a dedicated registered nurse with extensive experience in community care and patient education, currently serving as an RN Navigator with Community Care Outreach at Lee Health since February 2008. Previously, Lyn held the role of Community Care Coordinator, where partnership with patients and healthcare teams was emphasized to achieve optimal outcomes. Lyn's early career includes significant contributions as a Licensed Practical Nurse in various settings, including the opening of the Senior Behavioral Center and providing care at the Dunbar clinic for underserved populations. Additionally, Lyn has experience as a Real Estate Professional and as the Director of Christian Education at Hope Lutheran Church. A graduate of Florida SouthWestern State College with both a Bachelor's and an Associate of Science in Nursing, Lyn has a strong foundation in health care and community service.
