Michael Wilkinson has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as an Employee Relations Consultant at Lee Health since June 2019 and as an HR Business Partner at Mercy Iowa City since October 2015. Prior experience includes directing Unemployment Insurance Services at Iowa Workforce Development from July 2010 to July 2015 and serving as Executive Director at Des Moines Area Community College from December 2006 to June 2010. Michael also held the position of Bureau Chief at Iowa Workforce Development from November 1982 to December 2006, overseeing all Workforce Development Center Field offices. Michael Wilkinson holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University.
