Reema Narang

Reema Narang is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in strategy and business development. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Lee Health since 2024, Reema has previously held significant roles including Senior Vice President of Enterprise Strategy & Business Development at Advocate Health and Administrative Officer of Value Based Care at Cleveland Clinic. Prior experience also includes leadership positions at Cigna and Aetna, focusing on hospitals and value-based care initiatives. Reema's educational background includes an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Connecticut School of Business, as well as executive education from Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan School of Management. Reema also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Delhi University in New Delhi, India.
