David Cathcart

David Cathcart is a Board Member at Lee Industrial Contracting. Prior to this, they were the Chief Financial Officer at North Highland from January 2014 to December 2016. From January 2004 to December 2014, David was the President & CEO at TRX, a Concur Company. There, they were responsible for executive leadership of Fortune 1000 client relationships including: AMEX, Expedia, Deloitte, Citi, Mastercard. TRX was a SaaS provider of BtoB solutions to the travel industry, acquired by Concur in mid-2013. Prior to this, David was the Division Controller at GE Energy from January 2003 to December 2004 and Assistant Corporate Controller at Mirant from January 2001 to December 2003. David has also been a Board Member & Fractional CFO at Cathcart Construction Company and Audit Manager at ARTHUR ANDERSEN (Official) from January 1993 to December 2001.

David Cathcart has a BBA in accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Central Florida. David is certified by the AICPA as a CPA.
