Dillon Fu

Dillon Fu has extensive experience in supply chain management. Dillon currently serves as the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Lee Kum Kee International Holdings Ltd. Prior to this, they held various roles at General Mills, including Director and Head of the Integrated Supply Chain for the China Cluster, and Regional Manufacturing Director. Dillon also worked at GSK as the VP and Head of Global Skin Health Supply Chain, and at Pfizer as the Director of Global Logistics & Supply Operations in China. Beginning their career at Procter & Gamble, Dillon served as the Supply Chain Director for the China modern retail channel. Overall, Dillon has a strong track record in developing and executing supply chain strategies and building engaged teams.

Dillon Fu holds a Master of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from Zhejiang University, where they studied from 1992 to 1995. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from the same university, completing their studies from 1988 to 1992.
