Frankie Li has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Frankie is currently the Global Marketing VP, Category and Omni-channel at Lee Kum Kee International Holdings Ltd, where they lead the transformation of the company's business model in the sauce and condiment category. Prior to this, Frankie worked as a Career Coach for Master students at HKU Business School, providing tailored career guidance and coaching sessions.
Earlier in their career, Frankie held several positions at Reckitt, including Global eCommerce Innovation Marketing Director, Regional Marketing Director in the Greater China region, and Marketing Manager. Frankie was responsible for achieving market share growth through brand marketing, digital campaigns, and customer relationship management. Frankie also managed the portfolio P&L of multiple brands in the Healthcare and OTC Pharmaceutical categories and developed digital and brand campaigns.
Before Reckitt, Frankie was the Manager of Marketing (China business) at Hong Kong Disneyland, where they formulated marketing communication strategies and priorities to enhance the brand's image among Mainland Chinese consumers.
Frankie started their career at Procter & Gamble, where they served as a Regional Brand Manager for Haircare brands, developing brand and product strategies. Frankie also worked as an Assistant Brand Manager, managing the integration of the Gillette marketing organization after P&G's acquisition and implementing marketing ATL campaigns and in-store programs.
Frankie began their professional journey as a Management Trainee at L'Oréal.
Frankie Li has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. They have also studied International Studies at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
