Don Marthey

Don Marthey serves as the Vice President of Insurance Tracking Operations at Lee & Mason Financial Services, Inc., since March 2022. Previously, Don held multiple leadership positions at Miniter Group, including Vice President of Business Strategy and Tracking Operations and Vice President of Sales, from November 2018 to February 2022. At National General Insurance, Don was the Director of Operations at Seattle Specialty Insurance Services, overseeing operational strategies and client partnerships from October 2016 to September 2018. Don's extensive experience also includes strategic roles at American Modern Insurance Group, ranging from Strategic Planning Director/Assistant Vice President to Operations Manager, spanning over two decades from September 1995 to October 2016. Earlier experience includes managing operations at National City Bank. Don Marthey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from The University of Akron.
