David Quincy

David Quincy possesses extensive experience in strategic management and public administration within tribal and health services. Currently serving as the Strategic Affairs lead for White Earth Tribal Nation since June 2017, David previously held the role of case manager at Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe and served as CEO for Indian Health Service. Additionally, David worked as the State/Tribal Liaison for the Minnesota Department of Human Services from July 2016 to June 2017. David holds a Master’s in Public Administration with a focus on Health Administration from Portland State University, earned between 1999 and 2001.
