John P.

John P. has extensive work experience in the steel industry. John started their career at Bethlehem Steel as a Sales Representative in 1990. John then worked as a Sales Representative at Interstate Steel from 1994 to 1997, and at Olympic Steel from 1997 to 1999. John joined Leeco Steel as a Regional Sales Manager in 1999 and later became a National Accounts Manager at United States Steel Corporation from 2001 to 2003. John then worked as a Sales Manager at Feralloy Corp. from 2003 to 2005. At Leeco Steel, they served as the Vice President - Energy Division from 2005 to 2020. John is currently the Vice President of Sales at Leeco Steel since May 2020. In addition to their industry roles, they have also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at the American Wind Energy Association from 2012 to 2019 and as a Member of the Department of Commerce Renewable Energy & Energy Efficiency Advisory Committee from 2013 to 2014.

John P. began their education at Carmel High School from 1982 to 1984. John then attended Birmingham Seaholm where they earned their High School Diploma in 1985. John P. further pursued higher education at Michigan State University from 1985 to 1989, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an emphasis in Business and Marketing. It is worth noting that their time at Carmel High School did not result in a specific degree or field of study.
