Lisa Liarakos (Rhodee)

Lisa Liarakos (Rhodee) has a diverse work experience in various finance and accounting roles. Lisa is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Leeco Steel since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked at AAR CORP. from April 2016 to September 2020, holding the position of VP of Finance, Distribution, Consumables, & Expendables - Aviation Services.

Before joining AAR CORP., Lisa worked at Navistar Inc. from 2009 to 2015. Their roles at Navistar Inc. included Director of Finance, Sales & Marketing from January 2015 to November 2015, Plant Controller - Engine from September 2012 to January 2015, and Manager of FP&A - Truck Segment from May 2009 to September 2012. In their role as Manager of FP&A - Truck Segment, Lisa provided financial and operational information to the Executive leadership team, supported MD&A and earnings guidance, and was responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.

Lisa's earlier experience includes working as a Controller at Abt Electronics from December 2006 to May 2009, where they streamlined the monthly close process and negotiated multi-million dollar PO's and subcontract agreements. Lisa also worked as the Manager of Corp Acctg & Financial Reporting at White Hen Pantry from August 2005 to December 2006, managing the monthly close process and serving as the point person for complex accounting issues and audits. Lisa started their career at Ernst & Young as an AABS Senior from September 2002 to August 2005.

Lisa Liarakos (Rhodee) attended Oconomowoc High School from 1994 to 1997. After completing high school, they pursued higher education at the Wisconsin School of Business from 1997 to 2002. During their time at the Wisconsin School of Business, Lisa earned a Masters of Accounting degree with a specialization in Accounting.
