Luke Malpica

Luke Malpica is an experienced professional in the construction and engineering fields, currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Leeding Builders Group since November 2021. Previously, Luke held roles at Kns Building Restoration Inc as both an Assistant Project Manager and Estimator from October 2020 to November 2021, and completed a Project Engineering Internship at Lendlease in 2019, where responsibilities included facilitating the bidding process, researching NYC building codes, and collaborating with subcontractors. Early experience includes an internship at Yardi, where Luke utilized Excel VBA to manage client data and researched NYC energy codes, as well as a role as a Caddie at Piping Rock Country Club, focusing on customer service. Luke holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Design from Manhattan University, and a High School Diploma from LuHi.
