Marisa Carchidi has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. MARISA began their career in 2000 as a Document Control Supervisor for Tishman Construction, an AECOM Company, where they managed a team of 50 people and introduced Primavera software system to the staff. In 2003, they moved to S.A. Comunale Co., Inc. as a Field Office Manager, responsible for scheduling and attending pre-start, post construction and weekly field operations meetings. In 2010, they joined Manhattan Construction Company as a Field Office Manager, where they processed owners monthly draw package, payroll, cost accounting, OSHA, closeout, and clerical for the demolition of existing restaurant space and renovation of 9,000 square feet. In 2016, they joined Leeding Builders Group LLC as an Office Manager.

Marisa Carchidi attended Atlantic Cape Community College, where they studied Business Administration, Management and Operations. MARISA also holds a certification in Primavera I & II.
