Andrew Scott

Andrew Scott is an experienced Air Traffic Engineer currently employed at Leeds Bradford Airport since March 2019, where responsibilities include maintenance and repair of airfield navigation aids and communication systems to support continuous operations. Prior to this role, Andrew served in the Royal Air Force from October 2008 to March 2019, holding various positions including Technical Training Supervisor, where certified training was developed for the Plessy Watchman Radar, and 3rd Line Watchman Radar Engineer, performing detailed repairs on primary radar systems. Andrew's career commenced as a Communications Technician after completing intensive training at RAF Halton and the Defence College of Aeronautical Engineering. Andrew holds a Foundation degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Lancaster University.
