Carol Burrows

Carol Burrows has a strong background in human resources, holding various leadership positions throughout their career. Carol started their career as a Human Resources Officer at Clariant in 1989 and then moved on to Marshalls, where they served as a Human Resources Manager for ten years. In 2009, they joined Leeds Bradford International Airport as the Head of Human Resources, responsible for leading the HR function and providing guidance to leadership and senior management. Carol later became the Human Resources Director at the airport before leaving in 2022. Currently, Carol is working as a People & Culture Business Partner at Tingley Garden Centre.

Carol Burrows received a Certificate in Personnel Practice from Calderdale College from 1996 to 1997. Carol later pursued their education at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained the degree of Chartered Member, CIPD in the field of Human Resources Management and Services.
