Helen Bonser-Wilton

Helen Bonser-Wilton has extensive experience in various leadership roles. Helen is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Leeds Castle. Prior to that, they held the same position at The Mary Rose, where they successfully transformed the Trust into a thriving and sustainable British icon. Before their role at The Mary Rose, Helen worked at the National Trust as the Operations Director for the South West region and as a Change Programme Director, leading significant change initiatives and managing large-scale projects. Helen also held roles in marketing and brand management at companies such as BERNSTEIN KITCHENS LIMITED and Akzo Nobel Decorative Coatings Ltd. Helen's career started in the hospitality industry, working as a Conference Coordinator at De Vere Hotels.

Helen Bonser-Wilton attended the University of Bradford from 1988 to 1992, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Modern Languages, specializing in German and Spanish.
