Emma Jaye

Emma Jaye has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Deputy Head of Organizational Development at Leeds City Council since March 2007. Prior roles at Leeds City Council include HR Service Manager and HR Manager with a focus on wellbeing. Emma Jaye also held the position of Corporate People Business Partner at NHS England during a secondment in late 2015 to early 2016. Previous experience includes serving as a Business Consultant at South Holland District Council and as a Manager in the Graduate Fast Track Scheme at Sainsbury's. Emma Jaye began the career as a Home Finance Specialist at Barclays Bank. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in HR Management and Business from Aston University and a BA Honours in French and German from the University of Leeds.
