Kathryn Wells

Kathryn Wells is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources and Payroll at Leeds College of Building since February 2023. Previously, Kathryn held various roles at Burnley College from June 2013 to January 2023, including Senior HR Payroll and Systems Officer, Human Resources Officer, Human Resources Graduate, and Human Resources Intern. Earlier experience includes serving as an Administration Assistant at Pendle Leisure Trust and as an Administration Apprentice at Pendle Borough Council. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and a Foundation degree in Business, both from the University of Central Lancashire.
