Kath Russell

Kath Russell is an accomplished arts professional with extensive experience in strategic development and fundraising. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Development at Leeds Playhouse since September 2012 and as the Director of Development for the Hallé Concerts Society since September 2008, Kath has played pivotal roles in enhancing organizational growth. Prior positions include Head of Development at FACT Liverpool, Director of Development at Halle Orchestra until December 2022, and Trusts and Foundations Manager at the Royal Exchange Theatre from 2007 to 2010. Kath holds a PhD in fundraising for the arts from The University of Manchester, obtained between 2011 and 2017.
