Frankie Spencer

Frankie Spencer is the Head of Estates and Facilities at Leeds Trinity University, a position held since August 2020, where responsibilities include delivering a high-quality Estates and Facilities function. Previously, Frankie served as a Project Development Manager and Construction Project Manager at Leeds Trinity University, overseeing various construction initiatives. At Leeds Beckett University, Frankie held the role of Senior Project Manager, focusing on IT services for Estates Capital Projects, and earlier served as a Project Manager involved in the Transformation programme and International Development Project Manager, specializing in overseas markets. Additional experience includes the role of Senior Programme Coordinator in the childhood obesity sector. Frankie holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Leeds Beckett University and another Master's degree in the same field from Leeds Metropolitan University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from the University of Lancashire.
