Tony Oldroyd Ma

Tony Oldroyd MA(HRM), FCIPD is a seasoned HR specialist with extensive experience in both academia and public sector organizations. Currently serving as a Visiting Lecturer at Leeds Trinity University since September 2022, Tony also holds the position of Apprenticeship Lead at West Yorkshire Police, where responsibilities include the strategic development and implementation of a large-scale Apprenticeship Programme. Prior roles within West Yorkshire Police include HR Resourcing Specialist, focusing on research, statistical analysis, and workforce planning, and Human Resources Policy and Project Officer, which involved developing HR policies and advising on legislation.
