Conall Arnold

Conall Arnold is a specialist in strength and conditioning with extensive experience in sports science, currently serving as the Senior Academy Physical Development Coach at Leeds United since October 2025. Prior to this role, Conall worked at Blackburn Rovers Football Club as the Lead Academy Sport Scientist and Lead Academy Strength & Conditioning Coach for U21 and U18 age groups, respectively. Additional experience includes positions at the Physical Performance Academy, Cheadle Hulme School, Manchester City Football Club, Sale FC Rugby, and Sale Sharks Rugby Club. Conall holds a Master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Salford, completed in August 2023, and earned a bachelor's degree from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2022.
