Shahd Nassar, an ATD Master Instructional Designer, currently serves as the Learning & Performance Supervisor at Leejam Sports Company (Fitness Time) since September 2021, where expertise in talent development has led to significant transformations in the learning and development function. Previously, Shahd held the position of Organizational Learning & Development Supervisor at Masdar, achieving an 80% streamlining in HR processes through the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors. Additionally, at M. H. Alshaya Co., over 3000 employees were successfully trained in various disciplines, enhancing employee engagement and performance. Shahd holds a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish and English Language & Literature from the University of Jordan, earned between 2011 and 2015.
