Nishant Pradhan

Nishant Pradhan is a co-founder of Leela Life, an early-stage startup in the wellbeing space, since September 2022, focusing on holistic health solutions. Prior to this, Nishant served as a Senior Director at Flipkart from January 2018 to June 2022, where responsibilities included leading product and engineering teams and optimizing logistics and customer delivery experiences. Nishant also held the position of Senior Director of Product Management at Ola, where the focus was on enhancing bookings and customer experience. As a co-founder and Product Head at EasyPrice, Nishant developed an e-commerce marketplace aimed at connecting local sellers with online buyers. Early career roles included significant contributions at Flipkart, PayPal, Tumbhi, and Honeywell, complemented by solid academic credentials including an MBA from SPJIMR and a Master's in Information Technology from Virginia Tech.
