Vanessa Rose

Vanessa Leong is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in healthcare and consulting. Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Effectiveness Strategy and Delivery at Highmark Health since February 2021, Vanessa has rapidly advanced, leading an internal consulting team to innovate and enhance operational efficiency in one of America’s largest integrated health systems. Prior to this role, Vanessa held various positions at Deloitte from July 2011 to February 2021, where responsibilities included advising healthcare organizations on culture and engagement, as well as managing strategic initiatives. Vanessa’s early career featured impactful roles at the Clinton Foundation and Raytheon, where contributions included developing corporate philanthropy strategies and managing healthcare programs in Lesotho. Vanessa holds dual MBA/MA degrees in International Business and International Affairs from The George Washington University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business/Corporate Communications from Ithaca College, and a WSET Level 2 Wine Steward/Sommelier certification.
