Ben Albregts has extensive experience in sales and management, currently serving as President of Leer Inc. since November 2011, following roles as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Vice President of Sales, Director of Sales - Merchandisers, and National & Global Accounts Manager. Ben manages ice merchandiser and specialty product sales for key National accounts in the United States, focusing on sales growth and customer acquisition. Previously, Ben worked at the University of Phoenix as Student Services Manager and Senior Academic Counselor, overseeing a team that supported over 4,000 degree-seeking students. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies from Arizona State University, and various executive courses from the Wisconsin School of Business, including Leadership Beyond Management and High Performance Sales.
