Leandro Malta

Leandro Malta has a strong background in accounting and finance. Leandro is currently working as the Vice President of Accounting at Leerink Partners since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Leerink Partners LLC as a Corporate Accounting Analyst since January 2013. Before joining Leerink Partners, Leandro worked at Takesian & Co as a Staff Accountant from September 2011 to January 2013. In this role, they prepared, reviewed, and filed various tax returns, acted as a direct contact for clients, and ensured timely reconciliation of bank statements and other documents. Leandro also gained experience as a Billing Coordinator and Accounting Assistant at At Home VNA from September 2011 to October 2012, where they processed medical claims, reconciled schedules, and trained new billing assistants. Earlier in their career, Leandro worked as a Tax Intern at Ernst & Young's Financial Services Office in 2009, where they prepared and reviewed tax forms for well-established companies and received hands-on training in tax analysis.

Leandro Malta attended the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst from 2007 to 2011. Leandro received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Accounting.
