Polly Freeman

Polly Freeman is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in leading operations and IT applications across various sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Leerink Partners since 2021, Polly leads the IT Applications team responsible for ERP and other critical business applications, including Data Engineering and Business Intelligence. Prior to this role, Polly held the position of Chief Operating Financial Officer at Jefferies Credit Partners from 2017 to 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing operations for the Global Healthcare Investment Banking franchise and supporting the growth of new sectors. Between 2008 and 2017, Polly served as Group Chief Financial Officer at Eurasia Group, playing a key role on the Management Committee and heading multiple committees. Polly Freeman holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA from Georgetown University.
