Randy Galletti

Randy Galletti has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Randy is currently working as the Director of Operations and Risk Management at Leerink Partners since April 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Operations and Risk Management at SVB Leerink, a division of SVB Securities, from May 2014 to April 2022. Randy also has experience as an Operations Consultant at State Street Global Markets, LLC from November 2013 to May 2014 and as a Tax Associate at H&R Block from 2012 to 2013.

Furthermore, they have held significant roles at Leerink Swann, LLC as the Vice President of Trade Operations, managing various responsibilities such as new client approval/setup, post-execution trade life cycle, risk management, and process improvements from May 2009 to July 2011. Randy also served as the Senior Investment Operations Manager at State Street Global Advisors, where they created and managed investment operations teams in Boston and Montreal, focusing on trade operations and financial risk management from May 2006 to November 2008. Randy'searlier experience includes the role of Securities Trading Operations Manager at State Street Global Markets, LLC from February 1999 to May 2006, and a Senior Accountant Specialist at State Street Bank from February 1996 to February 1999.

Randy Galletti obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Bentley University. Additionally, Randy has certifications in Series 63 - Uniform Securities Agent State Law, Series 7 - General Securities Representative, and Series 99 - Operations Professional from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
