Robin Bergström has worked in the IT industry since 2007. In 2007, they worked at Anthill as a Reseller Support & Credit Checker, where they provided direct support to resellers and stores with a good insight into the BackOffice program. Robin also worked as a handler for the credit company Intrum Justitia, conducting credit assessments on behalf of Telenor. From 2010 to 2019, they worked at Telia, starting as a customer service representative handling support, invoicing questions, and sales. Over time, they were given the opportunity to hold basic and advanced training for the company's personnel, leading to a more coaching-like role where they provided product knowledge support. Since 2019, they have worked at Leeroy Group as a Service Desk Engineer, helping customers create targeted offers, products, sales reports, and menu builds for restaurants, as well as troubleshooting daily operations such as non-functioning card terminals, computers, screens, and software. Robin also provides customer training in the platforms that can be administered by them.

Robin Bergström attended Sundsvalls Gymnasium from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a degree in Handel/Administration with a focus on Försäljning, handel och marknadsföring.
