Kaustubh Laghate

Kaustubh Laghate is an experienced Research and Development Engineer currently working at Leesona. Prior to their current role, Kaustubh worked as a Process Engineering Intern at METYX Composites and as a Laboratory Assistant at North Carolina State University. Kaustubh also held positions at Sushrut Designs Pvt. Ltd., 2020 Inc., Defense Institute of Advanced Technology (DIAT), DU, DRDO, and TATA AutoComp Systems Ltd. Kaustubh holds a Master's degree in Integrated Manufacturing and Systems Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
