Divya Ramkumar

Divya Ramkumar has over 12 years of work experience in recruitment and human resources. Divya began their career in 2008 as an Associate Analyst at Deloitte. In 2009, they moved to Google as a Recruiter. In 2012, they joined LinkedIn as a Recruiting Operations. In 2013, they worked as an HR Coordinator at Facebook and as a Technical Recruiter at Motorola Mobility (a Lenovo Company). In 2015, they worked as a Recruiting at Oracle and as a Technical Recruiter at Path. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Lead Technical Recruiter at Medrio. Divya is currently working as the Head of Recruitment at LeetCode since 2022.

Divya Ramkumar received their Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from St. Francis College for Women, Hyderabad in 2006. Divya then went on to complete their Master Of Business Administration in Marketing and Human Resources from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management in 2008.
