Cees van Straten

Cees van Straten is an experienced certified Strength Gallup coach and a certified practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), with extensive expertise in process facilitation and organizational development. Currently serving in multiple roles including as chair of the core team of moderators at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate, Cees has a long-standing position at the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO.nl) as a process facilitator, moderator, and team coach focused on sustainability. Cees has contributed to various initiatives on sustainable development, circular economy, and innovative financing solutions while advising on sustainable mobility and clean vehicles. Educational background includes a master's degree in public administration from Leiden University and ongoing studies in system dynamics in organizations at the Bert Hellinger Institute Nederland.
