Geja Tas

Geja Tas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of assessment psychology and education. Currently serving as a Freelance NT2 docent at Taalthuis since January 2023, Geja has been operating as a zelfstandig assessment psycholoog NIP for the City of Rotterdam, LTP Business Psychologists, and the Belastingdienst since March 2014, July 2018, and September 2011, respectively. Additionally, Geja has offered consultancy in selection and assessments at XS Direct B.V. since May 2011, and has been involved with various organizations as a freelance assessment psychologist since 2012. Notable past positions include working as an advisor at Rijkswaterstaat via Leeuwendaal and as an advisor/assessment psychologist at LTP from 2007 to 2011, where Geja managed selection and development assessments for clients. Geja holds a Drs. degree in Psychology from the University of Amsterdam and completed postdoctoral training for selection psychological consultancy at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in 2022.
