Ramon van Oppen

Ramon Van Oppen serves as Directeur Functioneren en Beloning at Leeuwendaal since 2001, where responsibilities include leading the development of HR21, an HR model for municipalities and related organizations. In 2021, Leeuwendaal successfully won the VNG tender for the further development of HR21. Ramon also holds the position of Manager Kwaliteitszorg, overseeing the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, and has contributed as a Senior Adviseur and co-initiator of HR21. Additionally, since 2017, Ramon has been a board member and treasurer of Stichting Personeelsinstrumenten Onderwijs. Ramon Van Oppen's educational background includes studies at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
