Bill Gray

Bill Gray has worked in a variety of roles in the IT industry since 1998. In 2021, they began working as the Director of Customer Experience at Leeward Business Advisors. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as the Director of Technical Operations and Field Services at PDS Paragon Development Systems. From 1998 to 2018, they held various roles at PDS Paragon Development Systems, including Technical Services Supervisor/Manager, CEC Operations Specialist, Project Manager, Client Services Manager, and Field Engineer/Systems Engineer. In each role, they were responsible for tasks such as creating a customer-centric culture, managing and mentoring talent, administering daily operations, developing services and products, implementing legal documents, managing projects, and providing technical support.

Bill Gray attended Deforest High School from 1982 to 1986. Bill then attended UW-madison from 1986 to 1988.
