Richa Katiyar has work experience as a Human Resources Executive at LeewayHertz since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Trainee at Mobile Programming LLC from June 2022 to March 2023.

Richa Katiyar completed their Master's degree in Wireless communication from Lovely Professional University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Bhutta College of Engg. and Technology from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Human Resources Foundations from LinkedIn in April 2023.
