Tanya Gupta has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Tanya started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Rubicon Skill Development in February 2020, where they worked until May 2020. Tanya then joined InterviewBit as a Talent Acquisition Executive in February 2021 and served until December 2021. Following this, they worked at Dunzo as a Talent Acquisition Executive from January 2022 to March 2023. Currently, they are employed at LeewayHertz as a Technical Recruiter, starting from May 2023. Tanya Gupta completed their PGPM in Human Resources Management and Services from ICFAI Business School Pune (IBS Pune) between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2018, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi.
