Alcide Leali

Alcide Leali has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Global Hotel Advisory Board Member at Preferred Hotels & Resorts since September 2023. Prior to that, they served as the CEO of Lefay Resorts & Residences, a luxury wellness holiday brand, from February 2020 to the present. Alcide also held positions at Lefay Resorts as Managing Director from January 2011 to February 2020, and as Marketing & Sales Director from July 2008 to February 2011.

Additionally, Alcide was a Member of the Board of Directors at AlisCargo Airlines from March 2022 to June 2023. Alcide began their career as an Intern at Boston Consulting Group in July 2007, where they worked until December 2007.

Alcide Leali holds a Master of Sciences degree in International Management from Università Bocconi, which they completed from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same university, attending from 2003 to 2006. In 2005, Alcide participated in a Semester Abroad Program at Queen Mary University of London, focusing on Business Administration and Management. Before entering university, they obtained their Diploma di Maturità Classica from Liceo Classico Enrico Fermi in 2003. Additionally, Alcide has certifications in Esame di Teoria e Solfeggio from Conservatorio di Riva del Garda and Pianoforte: Esame di Compimento Inferiore from Conservatorio di Verona.
