Laurence Ballet

Laurence Ballet serves as Directrice juridique et affaires publiques at Lefebvre Dalloz since January 2022 and holds an administrative position at La Sofia since March 2023. With extensive experience in the legal field, Laurence has been an administrator at GFII since 2019, Directrice juridique at Editions Législatives since 2012, and Directrice juridique at Dalloz since September 2000. Previous roles include member of the legal commission at the Syndicat national de l'édition and legal responsibilities at Editions Armand Colin, DUNOD, and Flammarion. Laurence possesses expertise in publishing law, press law, intellectual property, digital law, and data law, and is a member of the scientific committee for DALLOZ-IP-IT. Educational qualifications include a CAPA from EFB, a 3ème cycle in engineering documentary from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, a Maîtrise de Droit privé from University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a DEA in Intellectual Property law from the University of Montpellier.
