Judith van Den Berg

Judith van den Berg currently serves as an HR-advisor at Lefier since June 2022, bringing prior experience as a management consultant at ilionx from February 2019 to June 2022. In 2018, Judith completed a project as an HR Consultant for GGD Drenthe, focusing on developing the training plan for 2019, managing project organization, communication, and budget. Previously, Judith held various roles at Centrum Veilig Wonen from November 2014 to August 2018, including HR-advisor, Junior HR-advisor, and HR employee. Additionally, Judith conducted an internship research project at Universitair Medisch Centrum Groningen concerning absence management in early 2018 and contributed to the HR division at Allianz Malaysia Berhad in mid-2014. Judith’s educational background includes a Bachelor's in HRM from Hanze (2015-2018) and a Bachelor's in Communication and Media from Stenden (2009-2013).
