Oscar Haffmans

Oscar Haffmans is an accomplished project manager and program manager with extensive experience in the housing and urban development sectors. Currently serving as Programmamanager en Projectleider Groninger zorgakkoord at Woonstichting Groninger Huis and Projectmanager Aardbevingsdossier at Lefier, Oscar oversees critical projects in earthquake-affected regions and health-related housing initiatives.
