Raphael Gomes

Raphael Gomes is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as a Partner at Lefosse Advogados since December 2020, Raphael has also held leadership roles at the Instituto Brasileiro de Estudos do Direito da Energia, including President, Vice-President, and Director since April 2017. Prior to these positions, Raphael was a Partner at Demarest Advogados from September 2014 to December 2020 and worked as the Regulatory Legal Manager at Câmara de Comercialização de Energia Elétrica from February 2008 to August 2014. Raphael's career began as a Senior Lawyer at Grupo Endesa from February 2001 to January 2008. Educational qualifications include a degree in Law from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and further studies at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, culminating in 2008.
