Arthur Kosmider

Arthur Kosmider has extensive experience in marketing and communications roles. Arthur currently holds the position of Senior Director of Marketing at LeFrak, where they oversee all facets of marketing for a diverse real estate portfolio. Prior to this, they served as the Marketing Director at LeFrak for four years, where they directed strategy, creative, production, media, PR, communications, events, and special projects.

Before joining LeFrak, Arthur was the Director of Marketing and Communications at Related Companies, where they focused on marketing and communication initiatives. Arthur also served as the Director of Marketing and Communications at StuyTown, overseeing marketing campaigns, vendor relations, and public relations projects.

Earlier in their career, Arthur worked as the Director of Property Marketing for TGM Associates, where they developed effective marketing strategies for the company's nationwide property portfolio. Arthur also worked as the Marketing Manager at Mercedes/Berk Ltd, where they supervised advertising and marketing efforts for the company's New York City and Hamptons offices.

Arthur began their career as an Office Assistant/Jr. Graphic Designer at Mogull Realty Inc, where they assisted in marketing efforts for Donald Trump's real estate portfolio. Arthur designed graphic materials, company websites, and document templates.
